Lactation Connect was founded to provide evidenced based information and individualised care to new mothers and their families, whereby they feel; informed, supported, heard, respected and reassured in their breastfeeding journey.
Lactation Connect acknowledges every mother and baby are their own unique team; with each family unit different to the next and as such understand that there is not a one size fits all approach to breastfeeding support.
We pride ourselves on the flexibility to allow continuity of care to promote healthy and sustainable breastfeeding journeys from pregnancy, whilst also providing guidance in troubleshooting any breastfeeding and challenges should they arise.
PHILOSOPHY
Here at Lactation Connect, we firmly believe that when the fundamentals of breastfeeding are explained utilising an holistic framework, in a supportive environment based on trust and mutual respect; the overwhelm that is often described by mothers in the 4th trimester and beyond can be replaced by confidence within themselves and their baby.
